We find profound truths that guide our lives and illuminate our paths. One such passage is Exodus 31:1-6, where God appoints Bezalel and Oholiab, filled with the Spirit of God, to carry out a divine vision for the Tabernacle.
This narrative not only speaks to the construction of a physical dwelling for God's presence but also serves as a powerful reminder of how we can manifest the visions God places in our hearts.

The Divine Call and Empowerment
In Exodus 31:1-3 (NKJV), we read, “Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: ‘See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.’” Here, we see that God does not merely give us a vision but also equips us with the necessary tools to bring that vision to fruition. As Bishop Hughroy Mutungwazi emphasizes, every believer has a unique calling and purpose. When God calls us, He fills us with His Spirit empowering us with wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. This divine empowerment is essential for manifesting the visions God has placed within us. It is a reminder that we are not alone in our endeavors; God Himself walks alongside us, guiding and equipping us for the tasks ahead.
Worship as a Foundation for Vision
Worship is an integral part of manifesting our God-given visions. As we engage in prayerful worship, we align our hearts with God's will. In Exodus 31:4-5 (NKJV), God specifies that Bezalel would be skilled in “designing artistic works, to work in gold, in silver, and in bronze.” This artistry was not just for aesthetic purposes but was an act of worship a way to honor God through creativity. When we approach our visions with a heart of worship, we acknowledge that they originate from God. Our creativity becomes an expression of our faith and devotion. As we dedicate our talents and efforts to Him, we invite His presence into our work, ensuring that it reflects His glory.

As we manifest our visions, we must remember that they are not solely for our benefit but serve a higher purpose of evangelism. The Tabernacle was a place where God's presence dwelled among His people, drawing them closer to Him. Similarly, our lives should reflect the love and grace of Jesus Christ, attracting others to Him.
Bishop Mutungwazi teaches that our visions should be avenues for sharing the Gospel. When we operate in our gifts and callings, we become living testimonies of God's goodness. Our actions speak volumes about our faith and can lead others to seek the same relationship with Christ that we cherish.
A Call to Action: Receiving Jesus Christ
As we reflect on the importance of manifesting our visions through worship and evangelism, I invite you to consider your relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet received Him as your Lord and Savior, today is the day of salvation. Romans 10:9 (NKJV) reminds us, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”Take a moment now to pray:
“Lord Jesus, I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I invite You into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Help me to live for You and fulfill the vision You have for my life. Amen.”
If you prayed this prayer sincerely, welcome to the family of God! You have taken a significant step toward manifesting the vision God has for you. Seek out a local church community where you can grow in faith and learn more about walking with Christ.
Let us embrace the call to manifest our visions through worship and evangelism. As we do so, may we always remember that we are equipped by the Spirit of God to fulfill His purposes on earth. Let us shine brightly for Him!
